今天rhel的pcs资源无法正常启动，经过排查为IP地址配置不对导致，将IP地址修改为正确IP后，资源正常启动
[root@mu01 pcsd]# pcs resource debug-start VirtualIP

Mar 24 10:17:17 ERROR: IP address [192.168.9.253/23] not valid. # 这里提示了设置的IP地址为无效

[root@mu01 pcsd]# pcs resource debug-start VirtualIP # 修改完成后再次启动恢复正常
